Last night at the St. Louis Galleria, the first show of Spring Fashion Week was held. The runway models modeled from local stores inside the mall. Places like Anthropologie, Fossil and BeBe. This was the first time I have ever sat front row at a Fashion Show and I must admit it felt pretty cool to have my name on a front row chair. I took a ton of photos but they all came out extremely blurry! It wasn't just me though, lots of the bloggers around me were having trouble too and they had cameras with them. I was just using my phone. I found a link on the Alive Magazine page this morning that has much better photos.

One of my favorite trends from the show was mixing prints. I must admit I don't feel like this is my strong point but I think it can be easier than it looks. A trick I have found is that you start with a common color within the two prints. I am so glad Alive magazine was able to get this shot because it was one of my favorite looks. All of the clothing from this look came from Francesca's so it's very affordable. An of course each look was polished off with a bold lip, especially with an orange tint.

Tonight is the big night for me with the Rebecca Minkoff Show. It is at Saks 5th Avenue at Frontenac. I am so excited to meet her and her crew!! This is a peak at what I wore last night. I love the print of this dress and the midi length is new for me. I can't wait to wear it in summer with a great tan and bright accessories! I need that Mexican vacation...
