I really love wearing dresses that show your shoulders. I think there is something very feminine about shoulders. Call me crazy. This dress is perfect for that peek a boo vibe. It's very breezy and comes in three other colors. For some reason I have been into bright colors. I usually like softer hues but I'm loving the bright accessories this year, and this look is no exception. I am so sad I cant find this clutch anymore. I linked a few similar ones down below though.
