With summer and wedding season just around the corner, I put together some great dress options. I am a total dress girl. They are what I am most comfortable in and I love feeling girly. I hope these get you excited for some fancy summer events!

WEDDING SEASON

I know that I have been very absent lately and I do want to apologize for that. I work for a family business during the week and my sister, who also works here, has left the country for three months. And when I say left the country, I mean left the country. She is in Africa! So with that being said, I have some extra duties I am responsible for and they have kept me pretty busy. And it took me like a week and a half to recover from what ever it was I caught in Montana. But I am back and I hope to be more frequent again.  This dress I wore to a wedding two weekends ago. I feel like June is wedding central. We have another one this weekend and I am super excited for the dress I have, so be sure to stay tuned for that. But anyway back to this wedding. I love the cut and fit. I bought this dress last year from Express but they have a VERY similar one this year again and it's currently on sale! I hope everyone is having a wonderful Summer so far. Tonight is my moms birthday so we are going out to dinner to celebrate.  Happy Birthday Mamma Jean!!  Oh, and please excuse the awkward pictures. It rained that day and the reception was in a hotel so my husband snapped a few quick photos from my phone in the hallway.

ONE YEAR

I don't have an outfit to post today but I wanted to share a few photos of from our wedding. Sunday is out one year anniversary. I can't believe how fast this year has gone, but I feel like everyone say that. We don't have the whole day planned but we I do know we are going to the Cardinals game and then sometime later in the evening we are going to watch our wedding video and eat the top tier of our cake. I hope the cake is as good as it was on our wedding but I have heard there is about a 50/50 chance with it. Our videographer package came with a five min highlight video of the day and an hour long video, more like a movie, that is more in depth. We have already watched our highlight video but I wanted to wait to watch the whole video on out anniversary because I wanted to re-live everything again and I thought it would make it more special. I have been so anxious to watch it so I am so happy to finally get to. If you want to watch our highlight video click here!
