TASSELS & TURQUOISE

Love Love Love this look! Really, I just love wearing turquoise any chance I can. Something about turquoise with a light color just ahh makes me happy. I actually decided the weekend that I took these photos that it was going to be come my personal mission to have an amazing collection of turquoise jewelry by the time I am 60 so I have some work to do.
Anyway...hope you enjoy this look. I purchased this dress from Target but it is sold out online, but the identical dress is at Nordstrom! I have been really loving off the shoulder dresses and this one is no exception.  Happy Friday!

CREAM ON CREAM

I have grown pretty fond of blouses lately. You can style them so many ways. I bought this blouse a few months ago in every color it came in. That may sound like a lot but it's really only three colors. Black, cream and a lime green. The green and the cream are still on the website, but it looks like the black is sold out. I am super glad I bought every color because I have worn them like crazy. Especially this cream one. I love the freshness of cream. You just look clean and put together. That is until you eat something and it gets all over, but that's why napkins were invented. Anyway, I love this look for Spring because the top is thin and flowy and the trench is light weight so it's great for when there is still a slight breeze. I am trying to soak up as much of this weather as possible before I start complaining about the heat and humidity!

FAUX FUR

I love fur, real or faux. I think it gives an outfit that extra glam. Real fur can get expensive and as I have looked, so can faux fur, but you just have to look in the right places. If you are into real fur I would always suggest vintage stores. You can find such great deals there. Faux fur I think is harder to come across if you want good quality, but they do exist. I was pleasantly surprised when I found this scarf. It was around $20 and it looks real. That bad part is that they sell out quick, so if you see one you like, jump on it! I hope everyone stays warm on this cold Monday! Fingers crossed that yesterday will be our last snow!!

NEUTRALS

Neutrals make me feel clean and put together. They look great on anyone and I think they are just pretty. I love to wear them and they match everything. My mom has always told me they we look better in soft colors. She is the queen on cream and white, so I am sure she has influenced my love for neutrals. This look makes me so anxious for Spring and of course the temperatures are going back down this week :( Well at least I can kinda dress like it's Spring....
